What you’ll need

– One teaspoon of cinnamon powder — freshly ground
– Juice of half a lemon
– One tablespoon of honey
– One glass of warm water

Method

Take one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it in a glass. Now add the lemon juice and honey. Mix this well to make a paste. Add the warm water and mix well.

When and how much

Make sure you have this mixture once a day (preferably in the morning) on an empty stomach.
